Get started

ShareGroop allows your company to offer multiples payment facilities with a simple integration. We propose a various range of online and offline modules having in mind your existing businesses, payments and technical constraints aiming to provide a more seamless integration.

Modules

A module packages for you the payment flow of buyers using their payment methods.

Here are some examples :

  • Single payment : single full payment using most used payment methods (cards, wallets, bank transfers, alternative payment methods)
  • Split payment : split a total amount between multiple buyers
  • Multi-methods : pay a total amount using multiple payment methods
  • Subscriptions : schedule recurring payments for your customers subscriptions
  • Installments : pay a total amount up to X deadlines (and 3X, 4X with financing)
  • Pay later : buy now and be debited at a defined date (and up to 30 days with financing)
  • Pay by Link : easliy create a payment link and send it via SMS or email
  • Pay by bank : select your bank to easily initiate an instant bank transfer payment
  • Virtual Iban : pay on a unique virtual IBAN number attached to your reference helping for bank transfer reconciliation
  • Gift card : complete solutions to provide gift cards purchase & redeem for online & offline uses cases
  • Group service solution : dedicated interface to manage your group of buyers (usually more than 10 pax)
  • Viral booking : share a link to benefit from dynamic pricing depending on discounts rules you define
  • ANCV Connect : allow your users to pay using their ANCV Connect accounts and complete the remaining by cards

Understanding

But first, some understanding !

Integrating a new service is not always easy to understand,
Here is a quick and easy list of terms that should help you grasp how ShareGroop works :

Resources

  • Organization : Your company equivalent at ShareGroop, can hold and manage multiples Platforms.
  • Platforms : The equivalent of your websites, markets or countries. It holds orders, payments, and modules default configurations.
  • Modules : Our packaged payment flow, that can be chosen by the buyer on the payment journey - if multiple
  • Users : Your environment users, managed by a role based access control, allowing your company to have different responsibilities involved in our usage (organization admin, platform admin, support, etc.)
  • Orders : As in your booking system, an order represents your reservation or purchase. Holds multiples transactions (most of the time, interacting at our Order level is enough).
  • Transactions : Represent a payment from a buyer on a given Order. Exposes the up-to-date status of its related Operations.
  • Operations : Read-only records of payment operations
  • Subscriptions : Your recurring payments schedules
  • Invoices : Buyer's invoices that can be used stand-alone with a payment link, or auto-generated by subscription's cycles
  • Quotes : Buyer's quotations that can be converted into Invoices to be paid
  • Customers : You buyers representation, allowing you to follow their methods, orders, transactions, subscriptions
  • Products : Your product representation, that can be used when creating other resources (Orders, Invoices, Subscriptions)

Orchestration

  • Gateway router : This mode allows us to route payments to your existing payment service provider using your credentials.
  • Full-service : In this processing mode, we act as a payment service provider for you (as ACPR compliant Agent of Payment of our own providers).
  • Wallets : In addition, ShareGroop has a wallet system in order to manage funds for Marketplace use cases.
  • Financing : A financing integration mode can be set up depending on chosen modules, in this case we advance the funds on first buyer confirmation via recurring transfer payment to your bank account or via e-card processing to your existing payment providers.

Integration modes

  • In-page widget : Our modules are directly embedded within your page allowing a seamless user experience (JS iframes)
  • Redirection : Your user is redirected to a secure hosted page.
  • Webhooks : Server-to-server notifications from ShareGroop to your endpoints

Environments

  • Sandbox : The integration environment, no real money is processed here. This environment is completely isolated from the production one.
  • Prod : The final production environment.
